Our Youth Outpatient Program is designed for ages 12–17 who are navigating substance use and related challenges. We provide compassionate, structured, and evidence-based care while allowing youth to remain connected to home, school, and their community.

Programming typically includes attending weekly group and individual counseling sessions to help participants develop healthy coping and life skills as an alternative to substance use.

The treatment journey can be an opportunity for youth to rediscover their strengths, reconnect with who they truly are, and begin building a healthier, more fulfilling life.

Our Approach

We take time to understand each youth’s living environment, relationships, education, social world, and overall health. This allows our team to develop a thoughtful and personalized plan.

Weekly individual counseling sessions and groups are offered during the mornings and evenings.

Over the years, our outpatient programs have helped youth grow into healthier, more confident, and more connected members of their families and communities.
