Admission Requirements

An Outpatient participant must be:

  • Over the age of 18; AND
  • Have a substance use disorder that necessitates outpatient treatment; AND
  • Be medically and psychiatrically stable and able to participate in an active program of outpatient counseling, education, and other recovery activities; AND
  • Demonstrate the motivation and willingness to follow all program principles, guidelines, and structure; AND
  • Have Medi-Cal, approved insurance, or the ability to self-pay.

Our Outpatient program offers a cost effective way to begin recovery from addiction to alcohol or other drugs while at home and continuing with work or daily activities. It's available to men and women.

Identifying the need and creating a plan for you

Addiction ignored always gets worse, never better. There can be many red flags.

Door to Hope can assist individuals with limited financial means. We accept Medi-Cal, some insurance plans and private pay.
